SHIPPING & RETURNS: Sunburst Products is based in Jamaica in the West Indies. We are dedicated to helping people from all over the world be healthy. Although we try to reach every corner of the globe, there are some countries that we cannot make deliveries to. Please refer to the “Restrictions” section below for further information. Our shipping rates and delivery times are based on our couriers. If you are shipping to an international destination, your delivery options are as follows: United States of America (2-3 Business Days) Europe (3-4 Business Days) Asia (4-5 Business Days) Africa (5-7 Business Days).
Please take into account any restrictions (as listed above) the country that you are shipping to may have on food, or similar, imports, as this may delay the delivery times listed above.
When ordering from Sunburst Products., the customer must abide by the laws and customs of the country to which they are shipping their order to. There may be restrictions on importing food substances, and the customer is responsible for knowing what these restrictions are.
Import fees are charged by the country in which you, the customer, would like to ship to. Sometimes import duties are included into the fees listed by our couriers, however these are subject to change without prior notice and the customer may have to pay these duties in order to receive their package.
If you are unsatisfied with an order, you can return the items or make an exchange within 30 days of placing your order. Please note that returns are subject to limitations as listed further down this page, and that opened items cannot be refunded. Please return your order in the original packaging to the following address:

If you are returning an item, the card you used to make the purchase will be refunded within 7-10 business days after we have received the package.
- When returning or exchanging an item, the following limitations will be applied:
- We cannot refund/exchange any items that are lost, stolen, misrouted, or seized by customs
- We cannot refund/exchange items that have been opened
- We cannot refund shipping and handling costs of the items
- We cannot accept returned items/items for exchange, without a covering letter
- Any taxes or tariffs imposed by the country the items were shipped to and where they are shipped from fall upon the customer
